Installation. Yellow drainage pipe on the fence of a basketball court.

A pliable drainage pipe, which is usually buried underground, is bent into the shape of the word “freedom” and mounted on the chain-link fence of a basketball court.

Freedom exists as a slogan written with drainage pipes. Mounted on a chain-link fence it is a big word with two sides to it. Freedom is a piece with no ground.
