Internet of Shoes

Interactive led shoelaces, wireless networking platform.

The Internet of Shoes is an experimental swarm light installation and network for street-level interactions. In this installation, a group of pedestrians can perform collective actions on the street (e.g. triggering light waves that take hold of other participants) using interactive LED shoelaces that communicate with each other in a wireless mesh network (in collaboration with Lab 11 and DoIIT).
